Our Sakes

Restaurant ERH sits at the heart of the House of Sake, the reference for Japanese sake in Paris since 2015. More than a hundred references, imported directly from Japan, make up a selection that is rare even outside the archipelago.

Most of this selection was chosen in Japan by Youlin Ly, founder of the House of Sake and holder of the Sake Samurai title — a rare distinction awarded to individuals who champion sake around the world. The team also includes Maho Tanabe, sake sommelière, who guides every service to reveal the right pairing between a dish and a glass.
